How does Intellipush address the GDPR?

The customer will normally be the controller for recipient data and determine the purpose and lawful basis. Intellipush will normally act as processor when the platform processes data on the customer’s documented instructions.

The Data Processing Addendum applies automatically as Schedule 1 to the service terms and covers matters including security, assistance, erasure and subprocessors.
